Role Description
The Sales Attendant role is full-time and based on-site in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, assisting them with inquiries, presenting and promoting product offerings, and processing sales transactions. Additional duties involve maintaining a well-organized and welcoming sales environment, ensuring accurate stock updates, and providing feedback on customer preferences to support sales strategies. The role requires excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively represent the brand and build lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service and sales skills to engage with clients effectively and facilitate product sales
- Basic knowledge of packaging products such as corrugated boxes, paper bags, mono cartons, and branding collaterals is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain a welcoming and well-functioning sales area
- Proficiency in verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse customers
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work diligently and on-site in Jaipur location
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus
