Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Attendant at Blue Water Logistics Ltd. The Sales Attendant will actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote BWL logistics solutions, maintain client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand business. Responsibilities include managing client inquiries, preparing sales proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure streamlined operations and timely delivery of services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in sales or client service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
- Ability to prepare detailed sales proposals and facilitate customer follow-ups
- Organizational and time management skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain operations is advantageous
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
