Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant based in Delhi, India. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product recommendations, processing transactions, maintaining displays, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role will also include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- Sales and negotiation skills to understand customer needs and assist in closing transactions
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage inventory, maintain displays, and address customer needs efficiently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for handling transactions accurately and resolving customer issues
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to varying customer demands
- Experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
