Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing personalized recommendations, maintaining store displays, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves handling transactions, contributing to achieving sales targets, and supporting the team in day-to-day store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Knowledge of apparel and accessories, or a keen interest in fashion and emerging trends.
- Basic sales and merchandising skills, along with the ability to support promotional activities and achieve sales targets.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities for managing inventory and maintaining an appealing store layout.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer literacy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues in a retail setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage, but not required. A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences is essential.
