Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Attendant will engage customers, provide personalized shopping assistance, and ensure a welcoming and memorable customer experience. Responsibilities will also include maintaining the store layout, restocking inventory, handling transactions, and answering customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include staying informed about the latest fashion trends and the designer collections available in-store to assist shoppers effectively.

- Customer service and interpersonal skills to cater to diverse clientele
- Knowledge of fashion trends and a genuine interest in the apparel and accessories industry
- Proficiency in communication and active listening
- Basic knowledge of sales processes such as handling transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales, fashion, or customer service are a plus
