Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Ghaziabad. As a member of the Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, presenting tailored proposals to clients, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date on advertising trends to better serve client needs. Partnering with the creative and strategy teams, you will ensure that solutions provided align with the clients’ expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Understanding of concepts like ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing strategies
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively
- Experience in advertising or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is highly desirable
- A goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
