This is a full-time Sales role. The Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily activities will include prospecting potential clients, presenting the platform’s capabilities, promoting client acquisition strategies, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams for improved service delivery will also be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and address client needs effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to deliver Training to clients and team members to ensure understanding of the platform and sales processes
- Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools or relevant sales software is advantageous
- Prior experience in recruitment, job portals, or HR technology is a plus
