We are looking for a results-driven Admissions Counselor / Sales Executive to drive enrollments for our in the US market.
This role involves guiding prospective students, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right program. You will be part of a fast-growing global education platform with offerings in wellness and Ayurveda-based studies.
Key Responsibilities:
l Handle end-to-end admissions cycle (lead to enrollment)
l Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and virtual consultations
l Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs
l Drive conversions and enrollments for online courses
l Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets
l Maintain accurate data in CRM and manage follow-ups
l Build trust with students by providing clear and accurate program information
Required Skills & Qualifications:
l 2–5 years of experience in US Sales / EdTech Sales / Inside Sales / Admissions Counseling
l Strong communication skills.
l Proven ability to convert leads into enrollments/sales.
l Target-oriented with strong persuasion and closing skills
l Experience using CRM tools
