Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and managing overall sales processes. The role also encompasses training team members, tracking sales performance, and implementing effective sales management practices to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management for achieving and exceeding targets.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships and address client needs.
- Experience in Training and supporting team members to develop their skills and drive results.
- Ability to analyze market trends and tailor approaches to meet business goals.
- Proven track record in achieving consistent sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with HRMS software and sales tools considered a plus.
