Weโre hiring โ Sales Executive (2 positions)
Weโre a growing financial services company managing client capital across global markets. As we scale, weโre looking for 2 sharp, hungry sales professionals to join our team.
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ผ๐โ๐น๐น ๐ฑ๐ผ:
โ Reach out to prospects and convert leads into onboarded clients
โ Handle end-to-end client communication in English and Hindi
โ Work closely with the founding team on growth targets
๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐๐ฒโ๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐น๐ผ๐ผ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ:
โ Prior sales or telecalling experience (fintech/finance is a plus)
โ Strong spoken English โ youโll handle international clients
โ Own laptop and phone
โ Self-motivated, target-driven, no excuses mindset
๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป:
โ โน8,000 basic until first deal closed
โ โน15,000 basic after first close
โ Commission on every deposited amount โ no ceiling on earnings
Guwahati-based preferred. Remote considered for the right candidate.
