Role Description
This is a full-time remote Sales role. The Sales professional will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting virtual sales meetings, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals. The role involves providing excellent customer service, training clients on platform features, and contributing to the development of effective sales strategies. Additionally, the role requires consistent tracking and reporting of sales performance to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building client relationships and addressing inquiries effectively
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ability to train clients and team members on platform features and sales techniques
- Goal-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in B2B sales or working with freelance platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms is preferred
