Role Summary
HireQuotient is looking for a Sales Manager to drive new revenue growth in the US market. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role focused on closing net new business. You will own the full sales cycle and work directly with leadership to scale US revenue.
This role is best suited for someone who has consistently closed B2B SaaS deals in the US market and is comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ownership-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for US-based customers, from prospecting to deal closure
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Manage and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Deliver high-quality product demos and value-driven sales conversations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting
What we are looking for
- Must have 3-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Must have demonstrated success in closing deals in the US market
- Must have the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with urgency
- Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills
- High ownership and accountability for revenue outcomes
- Results-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline
- Clear, confident communication with US-based stakeholders
