Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional, located in South Mumbai. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and managing customer relationships, conducting product training, providing excellent customer service, and driving overall sales performance. The role will require collaboration with teams to meet sales targets and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and resolve inquiries.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and oversee sales processes.
- Ability to conduct Training related to product knowledge and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a results-oriented approach to meeting business goals.
- Experience in the lighting or electrical product industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
