Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales team member will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue by promoting our marketplace solutions. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, crafting and delivering effective sales pitches, managing client inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also involve training clients to use the platform and contributing to team sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Experience in Training, with the ability to guide clients in using technology platforms and addressing their specific needs.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and market trends in B2B platforms is a plus.
