Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
· 1-4 years of experience in non-ferrous metals sales (Zinc/Aluminium experience is a strong advantage).
· Strong understanding of industrial sales and B2B customer handling.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Job Summary:
Reelotek Metals is seeking a highly skilled Zinc/Aluminium Sales Associate to drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate has experience in non-ferrous metals sales, understands industrial customers, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and manage sales of Zinc/Aluminium products to industrial clients
· Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, meetings, and industry contacts
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
· Prepare and negotiate quotations, contracts, and pricing in line with market trends
· Track metal prices, market movements, and competitor activity
· Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in metals trading, distribution, or commodity sales.
· Knowledge of LME pricing, premiums, and market dynamics.
· Existing customer network in manufacturing, die-casting, galvanizing, or construction sectors.
