Academic Counsellor / Inside Sales Executive | Direct Sales Executive
🔹 Inside Sales Work From Office (WFO)
📍 Locations: Bengaluru | Hyderabad | Kolkata | Guwahati | Noida
🕒 Tuesday to Sunday | ⏰ 11:00 AM 9:00 PM | 📌 Monday Fixed Off
Role & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound leads via Calls, WhatsApp & CRM
Counsel students (Grades 6–12) & parents on academic programs
Recommend suitable courses based on student requirements
Drive enrollments & achieve monthly revenue targets
Handle objections confidently & improve conversion rates
Maintain proper follow-ups & CRM updates
🔹 Direct Sales Executive – Field Role
📍 Locations: Patna | Nagpur | Pune | Noida | Chandigarh | Srinagar | Dehradun | Varanasi | Gurgaon | Ambala | Ludhiana | Ahmedabad | Jalandhar
Role & Responsibilities:
Connect with assigned leads from office
Schedule appointments with parents/students
Visit homes for product demo & counselling
Close sales & achieve monthly targets
Ensure strong follow-ups & relationship management
🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers with excellent communication skills (Training Provided)
0–3 Years experience in Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales / Direct Sales / Admissions
Strong convincing & negotiation skills
Target-oriented & performance-driven mindset
Comfortable working 6 days (Tuesday–Sunday)
Graduate in any discipline
