Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role, based in Bengaluru. Sales Associates at BrightCHAMPS will play a crucial role in driving revenue by identifying and converting leads into customers. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, presenting and promoting the organization's offerings, addressing inquiries, managing sales pipelines, and achieving set sales targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, assisting them throughout the sales process, and contributing to business growth through proactive sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales deals.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development and a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to perform market research, understand customer needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic tech tools to manage customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns and drive positive outcomes.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in an on-site setup in Bengaluru, with flexibility to adapt to varied client schedules or business needs.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field would be an advantage.
