About The Role
We are looking for a customer-focused Sales Associate to handle inbound sales for the US and UK markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert inbound inquiries into successful business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries from the US and UK markets.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and virtual sales meetings.
- Present product solutions and address customer queries effectively.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospects.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Inbound B2B Sales or International Sales.
- Experience handling customers from the US and/or UK markets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience conducting product demos and virtual client meetings.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Strong presentation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
