Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Associate (US Shift) at Turito Inc. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective learners and parents, primarily in the US market, to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable Turito programs. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting product demonstrations, and following up with leads to guide them through the enrollment process. The Sales Associate will maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, track progress toward sales targets, and collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion and customer experience. The position may require working evening or night hours aligned with US time zones and participating in periodic training sessions to stay updated on offerings and sales best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents over phone and video calls.
- Proven aptitude in consultative or inside sales, including lead qualification, needs analysis, product presentation, and closing enrollment deals.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, video conferencing) to manage leads and track performance.
- Customer-focused mindset with active listening skills and the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
- Ability to work full-time in US shifts from a remote location, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed individual and team targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in edtech, online learning, or education services is preferred but not required; willingness to learn about test prep and K–12 offerings is essential.
- High level of professionalism, resilience, and motivation to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
