Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The Sales Associate/Senior Associate will manage and grow relationships with investors, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets. The role involves building a deep understanding of client needs, presenting suitable investment opportunities, generating leads, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales, business development, and relationship management
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Previous experience in Financial services
- Organized, analytical skills paired with business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and experience in hybrid work models
