• Compensation: USD30 – 55 per hour

Role Overview

One of our clients is seeking a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent to contribute domain expertise to AI model training initiatives focused on real estate workflows. In this remote contract role, you will apply your industry knowledge to help improve how AI systems understand property listings, client interactions, and transaction processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to support real estate-focused AI training projects
• Review and annotate property listings, transaction workflows, and related documentation
• Evaluate AI-generated real estate content for clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance
• Contribute insights on buyer/seller representation, negotiation practices, and property evaluation
• Create or simulate realistic real estate scenarios for training and evaluation purposes
• Offer structured feedback to improve model outputs and domain alignment
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams and follow project guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active real estate license (residential or commercial)
• Hands-on experience in property sales and client representation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze listings, contracts, and transaction documentation
• High attention to detail and structured evaluation skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Professional integrity and adherence to applicable real estate regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing as a subject matter expert (SME) or trainer
• Familiarity with structured review, evaluation, or annotation processes
• Exposure to AI, technology, or data-driven projects
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills
