About the Role
We are hiring Sales Associates to join an international onboard cruise line. This role focuses on client engagement and operational execution, and is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain global exposure while building a career in sales.
You will be responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions while supporting daily operations and onboard events.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers through consultative sales conversations to generate interest and drive conversions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Support the setup and maintenance of high-visibility display areas
- Assist in executing onboard events and promotional activities
- Support inventory tracking and basic operational coordination
- Ensure a consistent brand and sales presence in all interactions
- Contribute to a high-energy team environment to achieve collective sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to operational and safety protocols
- Participate in all required trainings and drills
