About the Role
We are hiring Sales Associates to join an international onboard cruise line. This role focuses on client engagement and operational execution, and is ideal for early-career professionals looking to gain global exposure while building a career in sales.
You will be responsible for driving sales through direct customer interactions while supporting daily operations and onboard events.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers through consultative sales conversations to generate interest and drive conversions
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Support the setup and maintenance of high-visibility display areas
• Assist in executing onboard events and promotional activities
• Support inventory tracking and basic operational coordination
• Ensure a consistent brand and sales presence in all interactions
• Contribute to a high-energy team environment to achieve collective sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to operational and safety protocols
• Participate in all required trainings and drills
