About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Associate to join the Biglilpeople retail team and create a warm, engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Key Reponsibilities
- Assist customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend products based on age, size, occasion and preferences.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain store presentation, product displays and inventory.
- Handle billing/POS and basic store operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first attitude and a positive personality.
- Good sales and product understanding.
- Well-groomed and confident.
- Comfortable working in a mall environment, including weekends.
Location: Bengaluru
Stores: Nexus Whitefield & Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru
Experience: 3–4 years preferred | Retail/Fashion/Kidswear
