About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive with proven experience in high-volume calling and sales conversions in the D2C/e-commerce sector. The role involves engaging directly with leads (inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and website leads) and driving successful product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and website leads for product sales.
- Make 100β200 successful calls daily with a strong focus on conversion.
- Drive sales of products with ticket sizes of βΉ10,000ββΉ20,000.
- Conduct 10β15 minute successful conversations, building trust and closing sales target.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Track leads, maintain accurate sales records, and share regular updates.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless order processing.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Requirements
- 1β3 years of experience in D2C/e-commerce sales (brand-side preferred).
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes (100β200 per day) with strong conversion rates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with Shopify or marketplace-based product sales is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset, discipline, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
