Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Sales Associate - Fresher at MGRID. The Sales Associate will support sales operations by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include generating leads, following up with potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, and coordinating with team members to meet sales targets. This role also involves learning the company's product portfolio and effectively communicating its value to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and relationship building.
• Basic knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation skills, and an ability to meet sales goals.
• An enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Familiarity with the tools and equipment sector or willingness to learn about the industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic understanding of CRM tools is beneficial.
• Fluency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with diverse clients.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with a background in business, marketing, or a related field will have an advantage.
