Role Description
Dreamcast seeks a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate specializing in digital agency and event technology solutions. In this full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area, you will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting Dreamcast's event-tech solutions, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings to make impactful sales recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to new potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for digital marketing and event tech solutions.
- Pitch and present event tech platforms and SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demos, client meetings, and solution presentations.
- Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Proven track record of reaching out to new clients and closing deals.
- Experience in digital agency, SaaS, or event technology is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
