Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities in logistics, courier, e-commerce, and D2C sectors
Onboard sellers, aggregators, SMEs, and enterprise clients
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Handle key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with operations, support, and finance teams for smooth shipment processing
Negotiate pricing, shipping solutions, and customized rate cards
Achieve monthly revenue and shipment volume targets
Manage courier partner relationships and shipping solutions
Provide logistics consultation for e-commerce and D2C brands
Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis
Support KYC onboarding, wallet recharge activation, and seller engagement
Drive customer retention and business expansion strategies
