Role Description The Sales Associate (Career Advisor) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Visnagar. This role involves engaging with job seekers to understand their career goals, assessing their skills, and guiding them through suitable opportunities. The Sales Associate (Career Advisor) will also build and maintain relationships with employers, present qualified candidates, and coordinate interviews and feedback. Daily tasks include managing a pipeline of candidates, conducting consultations, maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems, and meeting placement and sales targets. The role requires proactive outreach, clear communication, and collaboration with the broader consulting team to ensure successful matches for both applicants and businesses.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills to build trust with candidates and employers.
- Sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills to support placement and business development goals.
- Ability to assess candidate profiles, interpret job requirements, and match talent to roles effectively.
- Solid organizational and time management skills to handle multiple searches and meet deadlines.
- Comfort using recruitment or CRM tools, email, and productivity software for daily operations.
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, career counseling, or sales is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing equitable, respectful, and inclusive service to all candidates.
