We are hiring a dynamic and self-driven Sales Associate - B2B Sales to join Where U Elevate Team. You will focus on lead generation for our hiring subscriptions and hackathons. If you have a knack for building connections and closing deals, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate leads through cold emailing, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative channels.
- Research prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Outreach:
- Conduct cold calls and emails to potential clients to pitch our hiring subscription plans and hackathon services.
- Follow up diligently with leads to convert them into active customers.
- Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales pitches and strategies.
- Provide insights on market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings.
- CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update sales reports regularly.
- Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Experience in cold calling, emailing, or lead generation is a plus.
- Should be comfortable in traveling across Delhi NCR for work
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is desirable.
