Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue through the execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role includes planning, forecasting, team management, and providing data-driven insights to improve business performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery will also be a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven record of achieving targets
- Team leadership and management abilities to drive collaboration and performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills for assessing performance metrics
- Understanding of the real estate or PropTech industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a bonus
