Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate (B2B) based in Pune Division. Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging with prospective B2B clients, pitching NoBroker’s offerings to convert leads into partnerships, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves managing accounts, creating presentations, and providing solutions tailored to client needs, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide customized solutions
- Sales Presentation and Account Management skills
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Prior experience in real estate, SaaS products, or PropTech is advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
