Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will be driving sales growth for Godrej Home Automation by expanding and managing the channel partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to meet prospective and existing partners to drive sales growth.
- Expand and develop the channel partner network for Godrej automation solutions.
- Organize and conduct partner training and enablement sessions (in-office or via Teams) along with product demonstrations.
- Identify, onboard, and manage partners responsible for sales generation, dispatch coordination, and payment collections.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners to generate recurring business.
- Provide partners with product knowledge, sales support, and market insights to strengthen business opportunities.
Who are we looking for:
- BBA/MBA graduates in marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and partner meetings.
- Basic understanding or interest in home automation / technology solutions will be preferred.
