Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing store environment. Daily responsibilities include providing product information, processing transactions, achieving sales targets, and supporting stock management tasks such as restocking shelves and organizing inventory. The Sales Associate will also work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Customer service and interpersonal skills, with an ability to understand and address customer needs
- Salesmanship and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to meet sales targets
- Organizational and time management skills for handling inventory and maintaining store presentation
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure product quality and proper restocking
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in retail or sales are a plus
