Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Kolkata. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored jewelry recommendations. Daily tasks will include maintaining the showroom, processing transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to sales targets. The successful candidate will build lasting relationships with clients while upholding the high standards and values of Zorii.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of luxury goods, preferably in jewelry or fashion, and an eye for detail
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team-oriented environment
- Organizational and time-management skills for showroom operations and customer service
- A passion for jewelry and an understanding of sustainable and ethical practices is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, retail, or a related field
