Position Overview
The Junior Sales Associate will handle customer inquiries generated through the company’s digital marketing
campaigns. Interested customers usually reach out through WhatsApp or phone calls after seeing our
advertisements or website. The associate’s responsibility is to understand customer requirements, explain
product options, share pricing and design details, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp Business or phone calls.
• Understand customer requirements for customized apparel orders.
• Explain product options such as jerseys, t■shirts, corporate apparel, and promotional clothing.
• Provide information regarding customization options, printing, fabric quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
• Share design mockups with customers and help finalize order specifications.
• Convince customers and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Generate and send Proforma Invoice (PI) or order confirmation details.
• Ensure advance payment confirmation before production begins.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing team after order confirmation.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and encourage repeat orders.
