Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy MBA/PGDM student to drive restaurant partnerships and ensure successful onboarding and monetization on WhatsCom. This is a field + strategy hybrid role involving identifying restaurants, pitching WhatsCom, closing onboarding, and supporting activation.
Key Responsibilities
• Restaurant Acquisition (70%): Identify restaurants, conduct field visits, pitch WhatsCom, and close onboarding.
• Monetization & Account Success (30%): Ensure activation, drive loyalty adoption, support operations.
• Market Intelligence: Capture insights, track competitors, and provide inputs to product & growth teams.
• Reporting & Performance: Maintain daily visit logs, track funnels, and meet acquisition & activation targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile (MBA / PGDM)
• Confident communicator comfortable speaking to restaurant owners.
• Hustler mindset; enjoys fieldwork and meeting 20–25 outlets/day.
• Strong business acumen; understands margins, commissions, and customer behavior.
• Problem solver; can guide restaurants to adopt new tech.
• Fluent in English + local language (Hindi/Marathi/etc.).

Salary: 25k per month + Insurance Policy + Phone connection + Company tablet + attractive performance bonus
