Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will focus on building relationships with potential and existing clients, driving real estate farmland sales, and reaching sales targets. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, conducting client meetings and property site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves staying informed about market trends and contributing to the broader growth of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in client relationship management and sales strategies
- Experience and knowledge in real estate is a must
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while achieving individual sales targets
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Past experience in real estate site visits and closures
- Willingness to work on-site and flexibility to manage fieldwork
- Familiarity with using Google Workspace and other sales-related software
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Kannada and/or Telugu
- Basic understanding of agriculture is an added advantage
