Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Patna. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Key duties include performing sales presentations, achieving sales targets, engaging in client communications, recording and analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the team to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Sales and negotiation abilities to meet and exceed targets
- Proficiency in market research and customer need analysis
- Organizational and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of educational services or similar industries is a plus
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
