Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Team Member. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves understanding VBlue's product offerings, presenting solutions to meet client needs, negotiating deals, and collaborating with the team to implement sales strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in understanding and promoting technical or industry-specific products
- Problem-solving, goal-setting, and ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) industry is advantageous
