Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and supporting inventory management. They will also help identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure an excellent in-store experience for all clients. A focus on building strong customer relationships and meeting sales goals is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Salesmanship and negotiation skills, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle a dynamic retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of personal and healthcare products, particularly natural or organic items, is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to quickly adapt to customer needs and feedback.
- Experience working in a retail or customer-facing sales environment is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields is advantageous.
