Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Lucknow Tehsil. The Sales Associate will engage with potential clients, showcase properties, provide in-depth information about projects, and address customer inquiries. They will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, execute sales initiatives, and meet targets. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining client records, managing communications, and supporting end-to-end sales processes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proven sales skills, ability to develop and execute innovative sales strategies, and familiarity with negotiation techniques.
- Sufficient organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle inquiries, documents, and sales pipelines efficiently.
- Familiarity with the real estate sector, customer service principles, and handling client requirements would be a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with relevant software or tools supporting sales activities, such as CRM platforms, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is strongly desired.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
