Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Associate will manage and expand client relationships, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Additionally, the Sales Associate will conduct market research, provide customer feedback, and assist in post-sales support activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development
- Ability to work independently in a result-oriented and competitive environment
- Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience within the event management or consulting industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
