Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Thane. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in securing loans, providing personalized loan advisory services, and offering seamless end-to-end solutions. Key tasks include understanding client requirements, providing expert guidance on products and lenders, managing documentation, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure successful loan disbursement. The role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills to create exceptional client experiences.

- Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial products, including loans, mortgages, and insurance
- Ability to handle client inquiries, provide personalized solutions, and manage relationships
- Proficiency in documentation, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance requirements
- Knowledge of financial markets and institutions is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
