Role Description The Sales Associate role at Unite Healthcare is a full-time, on-site position based in Alappuzha. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, clearly explaining healthcare services, benefits, and processes, while guiding them through service enrollment and follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting consultations, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, and meeting sales and customer satisfaction targets. The role also involves building long-term relationships with healthcare providers and clients, participating in local outreach or promotional activities, and providing feedback to improve sales and service processes.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex healthcare and insurance information in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Customer service and client relationship management skills, including experience handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining follow-up.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet targets ethically and build trust-based relationships.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and basic office software for documentation, reporting, and data entry.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage documentation, appointments, and multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or service-based sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Alappuzha, collaborate with local teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
