Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Gurgaon. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective learners to understand their educational and career goals, conducting consultations, and promoting Unishala’s programs and services. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, following up with leads, maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive approach to analyzing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions, along with maintaining detailed records in CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Sales acumen, client consultation, and lead generation expertise
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Prior experience in sales or education services is an advantage
- Proactive and result-driven approach with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
