Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable experiences from our portfolio. Tasks will include responding to inquiries, building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing tailored travel packages, and supporting clients through the booking process. Additionally, the Sales Associate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and provide feedback on customer preferences and trends.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Proficiency in sales, client engagement, and achieving sales goals
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage bookings and tailor travel itineraries
- Customer service expertise and a focus on delivering outstanding client experiences
- Familiarity with the travel industry, destinations, and emerging travel trends
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar sales or travel-related role is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus
- Enthusiasm for immersive travel and cultural experiences is highly desirable
