Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in the Pune District, with an option for partial remote work. The Sales Associate will engage with new and existing clients, manage client relationships, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting relevant solutions, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Understanding The Expert Point's core business processes and assisting the partners with the right set of experts for their current projects and train resources with the overall working methodology of an expert network
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities to drive growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and digital channels.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and pipeline status.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
- Analyze data to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Brand Representation
- Represent The Expert Point at industry events, meetings, and networking forums.
- Build brand awareness and strengthen the company’s market presence
