About Us
We are Tensrai, a robotics company building intelligent autonomous industrial mobile robots for outdoor and indoor material movement across manufacturing plants, intra-plant shed to shed, intra-plant building to building, logistics yards, and industrial environments. Our systems are designed to automate real-world industrial operations involving pallets, trolleys, containers, raw materials, and inter-building movement.
We are looking for a highly driven Sales Consultant with prior experience in industrial sales, automation solutions, factory systems, or manufacturing technologies.
Experience Required
2–3 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Industrial automation sales
PLCs, drives, and control systems
Factory automation solutions
Material handling equipment
Industrial electrical systems
Sensors, vision systems, or industrial hardware
Conveyors, forklifts, or intralogistics systems
Robotics or automation solutions
Manufacturing equipment or industrial products sales
What are we looking for
The ideal candidate should:
Have prior experience working with manufacturing plants, warehouses, or industrial customers
Be familiar with industrial buying cycles and factory-level solution selling
Possess a good understanding of factory operations, automation requirements, and material movement challenges
Have an existing professional network within industrial and manufacturing ecosystems
Be comfortable engaging with both technical and operational stakeholders during discussions and evaluations
Be capable of independently generating leads, building customer relationships, and driving business discussions
Be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified industrial leads and customer meetings
Identify automation opportunities across manufacturing and logistics operations
Conduct customer visits, requirement discussions, and site evaluations
Coordinate demos, presentations, and technical discussions
Work closely with the internal technical team during evaluations and deployments
Drive the sales pipeline from first discussion to commercial closure
Develop channel partners and industry relationships
