Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving sales targets by identifying potential customers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting Tata Capital's financial products and services. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, participating in team meetings, and collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively sell and promote financial products and services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience
- Proficiency in using software tools to track sales and generate reports
- Previous experience in sales, financial services, or related fields is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field preferred
